Not all breeders are the same. At Skinnanigans Sphynx & Devon Rex, we are committed to ethical breeding and raising kittens who are truly set up for success. 
Health comes first, we prioritize health testing, responsible pairing, and ongoing veterinary care for our breeding cats. Our goal is to produce kittens with the best possible start, both physically and genetically. In home, hands-on raising, our kittens are raised in our home. From birth, they are handled daily, exposed to household sound, and socialized to be confident and affectionate companions.
Limited, Intentional Breeding, we breed selectively and in small numbers. We don't always have kittens available and there may be a wait. That is because we usually only have 1-2 litters at a time and we allow our females a year between litters. This also allows us to give every kitten individual attention and ensures that we never compromise quality for quantity. 
Lifetime Breeder Support, we don't disappear after pickup day. We are always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and support our kitten families throughout the life of their cat.

We completely understand! Meeting your future kitten is an exciting moment — and it’s only natural to want to see where your baby is being raised. However, at Skinnanigans, the health and safety of our kittens always come first.



Why Visits Are Limited
Our cattery is also our personal home, and our kittens are raised right alongside our family. Because young kittens have developing immune systems, they’re extremely vulnerable to viruses and bacteria that can be carried in on shoes, clothing, or even hands — sometimes without us realizing it.
Allowing unrestricted visits could put an entire litter at risk, and we take every precaution to make sure that doesn’t happen.



Who Can Visit
We do allow home visits — but only to families who have placed a deposit and are in the process of adopting one of our kittens. This ensures we’re only introducing trusted, serious adopters to our home environment.


If you’re not quite ready for an in-person visit, we’re happy to offer:
  • Live video calls to meet your kitten in real time
  • Photos and videos sent regularly as your kitten grows
  • Updates and health records so you can see their progress
